The service

DraftReview provides browser-based tools that analyse spreadsheet files and report potential issues. Results are generated automatically by deterministic checks and are provided to support — not replace — your own professional review.

No warranty on results

A finding indicates a potential issue; the absence of findings does not mean a workbook is free of errors. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your spreadsheets and for decisions made using them. The service is provided “as is”.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to the email address you sign in with. Do not share accounts between people.

Paid plans

• Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; its terms apply to the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Passes give Pro access for the stated number of days from purchase and do not renew.
• If the product does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a refund.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent plan limits at scale, or resell access without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
